Join us and the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center for Caring for Liberation: A Workshop, facilitated by Sunu P. Chandy, Krittika Ghosh, and Purvi Shah! This workshop will look at how the ways we give, receive, and create chosen families of care are connected to gender, ethnicity, sexuality, immigration status, birth order, and more. In this time of pandemic and activation of calls for racial justice, we will deepen our rituals of care and the possibilities of co-creation. Through embodied healing art practices, we will nurture connection to self and community care and move towards healing and collective liberation.
