Ocean Vuong wins T.S. Eliot Prize for debut collection

“His poems are by turns graceful and wonderstruck. His lines are both long and short, his pose narrative and lyric, his diction formal and insouciant. From the outside, Vuong has fashioned a poetry of inclusion.” —The New Yorker

Ocean Vuong and his collection of poetry "Night Sky With Exit Wounds" won the T.S. Eliot Prize! The Guardian reported that he's the second debut poet to win the prestigious award.
