Intern at Kundiman for the Fall/Spring Term!
Kundiman is looking for four interns for the Fall/Spring semesters in Development, Grants Research & Administration, & Programs. Gain hands-on experience in non-profit management with a organization that supports Asian American writing communities. Internships are conducted remotely, but generally require the attendance of events and/or meetings in the NYC area. Interns work 15 hours a week and receive a $1500 stipend, with possibility of renewal.
Grant Writing Intern Suzanne Sim said this about her brief involvement with Kundiman:
"My Kundiman internship was a gracious, symbiotic gift. It was an honor and pleasure to work with and be supported by such dedicated, wise, whole people. I was surprised by how much I learned. I think because Kundiman staff do such a great job of living up to the organization's mission, purpose ran through everything we did. The work felt fulfilling, the skills transferable. Kundiman's Internship program sets a high bar for employers of any field."
