The Jerome Foundation is supporting the creation of Kundiman's Asian American Writers Mentorship Lab with a 2-year grant! The new Mentorship Lab will serve 9 New York City-based early career artists annually for a 6-month mentorship program that combines mentorship, writing workshops, master classes, and a culminating reading in 2018-19 and 2019-20. The program will run July-December in 2019 and 2020.

Thank you to the Jerome Foundation for helping us advance our mission in nurturing Asian American readers writers. This new project will be instrumental in supporting the careers of early career Asian American artists and will help shape the literature of our communities for years to come!
