Tuesdays, 7:00 PM–9:30 PM ET
January 18th–March 8th

Flash fiction, defined as under 1000 words, makes an ideal receptacle for experiment and play. In this 8-week course, inspired by mentor texts—students will discuss and generate new writing, taking ideas from seed to submission.
The Transit Between Everything
with Bonnie Chau
Translation Workshop:
Thursdays, 6:30 PM–9:00 PM ET
January 20th–March 10th
Open to all writers of color
What's the connection between writing and translating? When is writing translating, and translating writing? This 8-week workshop will give students the opportunity to select literary texts of any genre or language to translate into English, and to workshop their pieces two times.
Classes are open to all writers of color. All classes will take place on Zoom and the class times listed are in Eastern Time. There are scholarships available for each class and deadlines are listed on the individual course pages.
