We’re excited to announce that we’re 63% of the way to our $30,000 fundraising goal! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported our Kundiman Forever: Near and Far campaign already. We’ve loved sharing some of the work our Regional Groups have done around the country so far, and this week we’re spotlighting our Hawai’i Regional Group.
For the last 15 years, Kundiman's Hawai'i Regional Group has worked hard to foster nurturing spaces where stories from Hawaiian and Pacific Islander writers are brought to the foreground. This group has put on several events including a magical evening hosted at The Manifest Bar in Honolulu’s Chinatown featuring local Hawaiian writers No'u Revilla, Anjoli Roy, Joanna Gordon, and Angeline Han who read under twinkling lights to a packed room.
We’re deeply grateful for your support in helping us continue these essential conversations and initiatives with writers in Hawai'i and around the world. Every gift you give—at any amount—means so much to us. Our anonymous group of donors will continue to match all donations up to a total of $10,000. Send in a contribution to Kundiman today and double your impact!
We thank you for your generous support of Kundiman and Asian American writers everywhere as we work to transform the literary landscape across the country.
