We are happy to announce our Postcard Poem Exchange for National Poetry Month! Throughout April, Kundiman Fellows and the community will participate in our annual Postcard Poem Exchange, writing and mailing postcard poems that engage with this year’s theme, “Imagining AAPI Futures.” Weekly photo recaps of postcard creations will be shared on our social media pages.

In years past, Kundiman’s postcard-writing project has been part of the Poetry Coalition’s annual programming centered around a theme of social importance. For our 20th anniversary year, Kundiman will honor this tradition and carry out the project with a theme that pays homage to our roots in poetry and looks forward to what the future holds for our community.
