Join poet and translater Jeffrey Thomas Leong for a night of celebration as he reads from his new book Wild Geese Sorrow: The Chinese Wall Inscriptions at Angel Island.

The poems of Wild Geese Sorrow are the first new translations of the Chinese wall inscriptions in nearly 40 years, and Leong has characterized these works as "a poetry of resistance which documents the unbearable hardships suffered by human beings."
