Join Kundiman in celebrating Cave Canem’s 25th anniversary on Friday, June 18th! For their weeklong anniversary programming, we’ll be collaborating on the reading Collective Future: Writing Our Worlds. Cave Canem was founded in 1996 and was an integral part of Kundiman’s own founding in 2004, and we are thrilled to celebrate them!

This reading will feature four poets representing different literary organizations. Each will give a reading and highlight another poet whose work they feel embodies the future. El Williams III will be reading from Cave Canem, María Fernanda will be reading from CantoMundo, Aurora Masum-Javed will be reading from Kundiman, and The Watering Hole reader is TBD.
